- User registration process
Enter the necessary information on the registration page on this website to create an account. An email address is usually required as a login credential and a password is set. On the registration page, users may be asked to provide some personal information, such as name, birthday, gender, etc. Information validation is also often required to ensure that the information provided is accurate. This may include sending a confirmation email to the email address provided by the user, or sending a verification code to the user’s phone. Once the user has provided the necessary information and completed the verification steps, they can click the “Register” button to create their account. After successful registration, users can log in to their account using their email address and password.
- Product picture capture
The system captures the update once every night, and the following cases will capture the image:

2.Products that have been modified through the “SKU Picture Publishing System “in the last 7 days; In the last 90 days, there are orders and sales status of ‘normal sales ‘,’ brush orders and sell SKU’,’ delivery restriction arrangement and sell ‘,’ late reissue of products to be determined
- Advertising keywords are turned off
Advertising keywords inexplicably closed by the system many times, screening sensitive words found not, you can see “your keyword” is not because of inefficient can be closed, can set their own conditions for inefficient words, may be set conditions are too strict, to achieve this condition system will automatically shut down.
- The system did not capture the brand name
There are two approaches:
- Select the SKU that needs to be updated on the Amazon product page of the INV system, click the 【Update brand and score】button, and manually update the brand name (due to limited update quota, only one update is supported in a single operation).
- Find the Chinese editor to【ERP product list】 manually add the brand name.
- Review the red exclamation mark above the product ID
For products that have been built SKU, the time is calculated from the time when the sku is built (that is, the sku audit time, and the audit result is passed). If the purchase plan has not been made in more than 3 months (90 days), a red exclamation mark is marked above the ID.
- The proportion of advertisements displayed on the product page is abnormal
- Data delay: the calculation rule of the proportion of advertising on the product page is – 30 days advertising spend /30 days sales, but the time range does not include the data of the day and the previous two days, for example: today is 10, then the statistics are the data of 30 days forward on the 8th, and does not include the 8th.
- The order does not produce actual payment: if the order is not paid, these orders do not count the sales statistics of the system, so the proportion of advertising may be high, you can find the customer service of the corresponding account to check and follow up the order.
- The advertised product is closed by the system
The advertising system program will perform two tasks a day to suspend the following four sales status of advertising products: deleted pages, pages to be deleted, retained pages, and infringement of the same item suspended sales.
- FBA retest, why did the profit margin not change?
After the FBA retest, Amazon has a new order to ship, and the shipment is the FBA fee after the retest, and the profit margin will be updated.
